October 28, 2009 – 7:53 amI did the first official day of 200 Squats: column 3, week 3, finishing with 35 for the last set.
Foam rolling my lateral thighs beforehand was pretty painful, but they haven’t had much attention for some time, so I expected that. I’ll have to gradually work in a sort of warmup routine and some stretching after the squats.
